Returns Policy
    
   
   

All items purchased through this site and paid for via Paypal are fully protected under the current PayPal Visa and Mastercard customer protection policy. We want you to be entirely satisfied with our service and products and will gladly work with you to resolve any problems. We endevour to despatch all orders within 3 days of receipt of your payment, however because many items are made to order, please allow 14 days before contacting us about unreceived items, especially if ordered over the weekend or on Bank Holidays.

NOT HAPPY ? ....... Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that colours may appear different depending on your monitors resolution etc. If on receipt you decide you no longer want your item and require a refund, then please contact us via email for a return code within 14 days stating your reason for the return. We will refund you the full purchase price on safe receipt of your returned and undamaged item although you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage to us.

If you are requesting a replacement for a faulty item rather than a refund then we will cover the cost of all postage. Please ensure that any item returned to us is well packaged for safe return to us and includes all original boxes etc..

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your Statutory Rights.
         
         
ARRIVED DAMAGED ? ....... We take every care to ensure that items are sent well packaged to the best of our abilities. However we do understand that items can be mishandled and damaged whilst in transit. Whilst this is beyond our control we are more than happy to replace items damaged in transit. In this case please contact us via email and ask for a replacement code stating that the item has arrived damaged. On reciept of your returned item, we will despatch a replacent of equal size, type and value asap or refund the full purchase price if for any reason this is not possible ( ie discontinued item ).
